How many times a day do you lie?

I think I lie everyday, granted they are “white” lies, but I do lie a lot. I am not mean or talk behind my friends back, I don’t deceive anyone, and no one is ever hurt by my lies. As an example, I’ll say I am going somewhere, when I am really going somewhere else so I can have some alone time to think. Am I the only one that does this?
