How to solve a problem like : Getting a hair out my throat?

Two days ago i will spare the details a hair got stuck in my throat , i have tried everything to get it out . It could be out it could just be my mind playing tricks i know , but it really is pissing me off tickling my throat and making me cough my head already hurts from this due to my asthma attack i reported here. Is there a way i haven’t tried to get this damn thing out ? ?
