How would my dogs cope with a new puppy?

I have 2 full grown male dogs. 1 is a fox terrier and the other is a jack russell terrier, which are 5 years ols each and 2 days ago we got a new puppy which is a male and is only 9 weeks old. Both our fox terrier and our jack russell are avoiding the new pup and they are becoming bullies to it. What should we do about the other 2 dogs so we can all be a family so the other 2 wont be mad at us? Our jack russell is wetting where ever the new up has been is he trying to tell the new one to get out of his territory? Please tell me what we can do about the other 2 dogs we tried tying them up and leaving them tied up but is this right? I dont know what to do about bring a new pup into our house when we already have 2 dogs already.
