Nero 8 (micro) problem, what should I do?

I got four errors when installing nero 8.1.1.4 (micro). The 3 errors while installation are:
1. C:\Windows\System32\BCGPOleAcc.dll
Unable to register the DLL/OCX: RegSvr32 failed with exit code 0×3
Click Retry to try again, Ignore to proceed anyway (Not recommended), or Abort to cancel installation.
2. C:\Program Files\Common Files\Nero\Lib\NeroFileDialog.dll
Unable to register…same as above
Click Retry…same as above
3. C:\Program Files\Common Files\Nero\Lib\NeroFileDialogVista.dll
unable…same as above
Click Retry…same as above

I chose “Ignore” and completed the installation. Then, when I try to open the Nero Express, I get Nero.exe Application Error saying that:
The Application failed to initialize properly (0xc01500004). Click on OK to terminate the application.
And, there’s just this OK button.

I have Windows XP SP 3 and all administrative rights (as I’m on my home computer). What should I do?
