Need advice on how to make some people agree over a topic?

Okay. Here is how it goes. I’ve got a few very good friends that i enjoy spending time with. During weekends, we usually go to a resort/ rent a cottage and have a good time. All went smooth, until we had to decide over where are we going to spend the new year. Some say that we should go abroad (somewhere in The Alps) and some want to spend the New Year’s eve somewhere closer to home.

I myself i’m neutral. It is okay for me as long as we are going somewhere after all…

Can anybody advice me on how to make everyone agree over one option or the other? Possibly, without, making anybody unhappy?
