Have been stung by a bee more than a week ago and this looks like a bat bite. What should I do?

I haven’t done anything, anything at all. Let the sting run its course, meaning, I didn’t disinfect, or whatever else. But it is itching (as has been since day 1) and I wonder, is there something I can do about it now? It has a little bit of pus. Thanks
