Could you please recommend some good books as an introduction to economics?

I would like to read two or three good books that are an introduction to the field of economics. I have a fair knowledge of mathematics (algebra, calculus, a bit of stats), so they do not have to be for the math illiterate. I would also like something that takes into account the current economic situation of the past year (or at least something that isn’t outdated because of the current situation).
