I need help! My fish are dying i think!

One black one was dead this morning, the other black moore looks like its shedding its skin and the twowhite ones with orange helmets are lying next to each other at the bottom of the tank. They were in a bowl for a week or so but today i bought a 7.1 gallon tank with a filter etc and they have always had live plants, is it possibly some kind of fungal infection and does anyone have any advice?
