What are some things I can do to make my house more 'teenager friendly'?

My almost 14 year old daughter is coming to live with me. My house is rather stiffly furnished with mission type stickley stuff. When I visited her I rented a place with lots of cushy lounge type furniture. I noticed that she liked to lay on the furniture and watch tv and also that she ‘catnapped’. I want her to feel comfortable and like she can have friends over. What are some ideas of things that kids like in the house and also for her room?
