What do you get someone who has everything? everything...

for christmas? I don’t want to seem scroogey or like I don’t care. But he has everything, I don’t know what to get. What are some things men like to get for christmas if they already have everything you can think of. A christmas card seems kind of, anyway we never give each other cards. Ideas?
