Have you ever purchased something because someone famous had done so?

If yes, What was it?
Did you do so solely because of the celebrity?
Have you done the complete opposite, and purposefully stayed away from something a celebrity had?

I ask because I bought my fall/winter perfume because I read in a magazine that Gabrielle Union loved it. I like her, so I bought it online my man bought it for me. And I wasn’t disappointed. It’s very unique, with traces of cocoa =)
I’m wondering if anyone else does this.
