I need a sauce for my scampi and I don't have many of the essential basic ingredients for Tartare Sauce... what can i throw together that will do?

I was going to make a Tartare Sauce (as I don’t have the real thing) out of mayonnaise, crème fraiche, capers, gherkins etc but realised I don’t have any mayo…

I was then going to use salad cream instead but I don’t have any of that either (I know ..I’m useless…)

I have Hollandaise Sauce… I wondered if that would work…. on it’s own or maybe with something else??

I have plain old BBQ sauce and Tomato Ketchup… and I have lemon juice (thank god!) but it’s not the same without the Tartare Sauce is it…

I do have crème fraiche…

Any suggestions…

And no…I can’t go to the shop and buy anything else right now…
