Are there any interesting lodges in Central PA for a Christmas getaway?

Our favorite place has closed down. It had a swimming pool, a restaurant, and was out in the middle of nowhere. There were skiing trails, and other winter activities. Another place had other good things: primarily a pool table, and a huge sledding hill.
We need good, thoughtful food—at least breakfast and dinner. We need a pool table and a swimming pool. We need winter fun. Bonus for being near interesting places to visit.
Anyone know of anything in Central PA that might be like this?
