Is there something you're really embarrassed about that you wish you could tell people?

Well, here’s your chance! I was just writing to someone that one thing that really bothers me and embarrasses me is that, unless I have a constant interaction with someone, I can’t remember much, if anything, they told me about their lives. It’s as if I have alzheimers and I don’t remember meeting them the first time.

If we start pming again, I have to go dig up all the old pms just to find out what I’ve been told. It’s awful, because, even though it doesn’t sound that way, I’ve actually gotten pretty close to many of these people.

But we fall out of touch—I don’t know why—and then it all goes. Poof. Out of my mind. Really bothers me.
