I need advice/suggestion about a good massage therapist near Eureka, CA.

I am seeking help for a friend, actually it is a present I would like to give him in the next few days(I left him a alone for the holidays). He is a “healthy,” 6”-tall, 150 lbs(?) 29-yea-old(smoker – ½ pack a day, carnivore, and all around loving human), but he seems to have a lot of back/neck issues. And these pain issues often lead to (or simply occur hand in hand with) migraine headaches. He has a lot of tension, and I do not really have confidence in myself to massage him to help relieve it. He has “okay” posture, maybe he has bad posture. I often find him sitting or laying in awkward positions on the couch or floor. He does yard work 4 or so days a week, from lawn mowing and roof pressure washing to building chicken coops and bush trimming. We walk the beach 4 or 5 days a week with the dog, so regular exercise. He also “cracks” his back and neck quit often. His pain has also been affecting his sleep habits…Do you have any suggestions/recommendations? Money is a big issue for me, I am on a tight income, but I think improving his well being is more important. I have contacted Humboldt Mobil Massage, but I am nervous because I feel like I need to do research and I do not know where to begin…help!
