Do you have a signature dish?

Something that you can maybe cook from scratch with no recipe, or something people ask you to make every time a family gathering rolls around? What dish are you most known for?

For me it’s apple crisp. It’s one of the only things I know how to make, and it’s reeeeally easy other than all the tedious peeling and cutting. I like eating the apples when they are still raw but the sugar and spices is mixed in. Sometimes I eat the crumbly topping raw, too. :( One of my friends and her family knows me for making old fashioned mac and cheese, with the homemade sauce and breadcrumbs on top. Her grandparents, aunts, uncles and little cousins came over for Thanksgiving, and one of the little cousins ate a ton of it. She got really quiet, then – poot! -, and she yelled, “YOUR MAC AND CHEESE MADE ME FART!” Um… from the mouth of babes, I guess?
