What are the little ball shaped things in your lower lip that connects to the chin called?

I am not trying to be nasty, but I want to know what it is called, and I don’t really know how to describe it, except for the little ball shaped things in the lower lip.
I am asking because I bit my just below my lower lip yesterday, and the question popped into my head, after cursing the turkey.
