My Toshiba Sattelite A205 power port is broken and I have no way of charging my laptop. Will a Toshiba Express Port Replicator be able to charge it?

I tripped over my power cord the other day and it broke the power port on my laptop. Ive called toshiba and asked how much it would cost to get fixed and it was ridiculous. I see theres this thing called a Toshiba Express Port Replicator. Could this help charge my laptop? Will it work for my model laptop?
