Is it okay to thank all the staff and members of fluther for letting us crash on their couch, via a question?

I know it must be a little weird to have a bunch of know it alls come in out of the rain and make ourselves at home. I would like to thank you all for your understanding and patience while we’re adjusting to this new site. Any feed back is welcome.
