My Internet is not Working?

My desktop is having problems connecting to the Internet. First, i checked if it was the router but my laptop still can use wifi. Next, i tested to see if it was the Ethernet cable by using it with my laptop (and turning of wifi) but the Ethernet cable worked fine. After that, i tested to see if it was the desktop Ethernet port but that works fine. I have restarted the router and the computer and unplugged and re-plugged everything. What should I do now?
