Best way to advertise that we buy broken or working Toyota, Lexus, & Scion cars?

We just opened a new Lexus, Toyota, and Scion service center. Part of our business plan requires us to buy, fix up, and sell vehicles. We have been trolling Craigslist, eBay, etc. and need to get these to come to us as well as our looking… What suggestions do you have for people who have broken Toyota, Lexus, and Scions to help them by buying their old cars? How do we reach these people? Suggestions are bandit signs (along side of road, small throw-away signs), ads in local papers, and adding that to our flyers and other publications.
