What were the traditional practices for Festivus?

Do you remember Festivus ( the holiday for the rest of us) from Seinfeld? George’s father came up with it as an alternative to the pressures of Christmas and Chanunaka. There were practices and traditions that went along with it, but I can’t remember them. Can you help a guy out?
