What is a good free handwriting recognition software I can use with my Wacom?

I’m looking for a program that will let me use my wacom tablet to write letters instead of the keyboard. It needs to be free only because I can’t put licensed software on my work computer paid for or not, but anything offered for free or open source is fair game.
