Should I tell my co-worker about my cousin?

My cousin was just accepted into a retirement high-rise. She is 50 years old and a crack head. She is also a prostitute. Her daughter is in jail right now for stealing over $1,000.00 out of her grandma’s (My aunt) purse. As soon as she gets out of jail she is going to be hanging around with her mom. They both turn tricks together (YUCK!!!!). My cousin says she’s off of drugs but she has been saying that for the last 20 years and it isn’t true. Should I warn my co-worker about this before she moves in, so he can tell the property managers to re-evaluate her application, or should I just stay out of it?
