A girls mother dies at an early age. the mother had perfect credit, the girl did not. after two years, the girl applies for a credit card, using her deceased mothers social security number. credit card was approved and in use now for many years. was this credit card fraud and should the girl now be prosecuted or should things be left status quo? all charges on the card have been paid and no problems.
