How do I insert an excel sheet into a word document VERTICALLY?

I have a excel sheet that I would like to paste onto a word doc. As an excel document, it print horizontally. This is going to be printed out, so it doesn’t matter if it reads vertically. I can paste as special, but it appears horizontally and half of the document in missing!
