I'm marinating steak in red wine, this is a follow up question, any suggestions?

A lil while ago I asked for suggestions on steak marinades and I have decided to marinate my Filet Mignon in red wine. Should I add anything to it (fresh ground pepper, garlic, salt, etc…)? The wine is a California Merlot (it’s pretty good, I kinda maybe stole a glass or two, opps…).

I figure the less, the better… it’s good steak, so I really just want to enhance the flavor a little, not kill it – but I figured I’d check! Thanks :)
