How do I or does anyone really know when they are in love? How did you know that you were in love?

How do you know you love someone? Especially when you’re not sure that the feeling is mutual. How do you know you’re not just infatuated with them or lusting over them? How did you first know that you were in love? What did it feel like? What did you think about? How did you tell them?
