Why does my English bulldog sleep ALL the time lately.

i know the breed is a sleeper but seriously, except for me taking her out for walks and eating, she is sleeping. She can go for hours non stop and she always did but not this bad! Should i be worried? i mean perhaps it has to do with the time of year? She is only one and a half.
