Do you feel like you have to "have your say" on fluther?

I have noticed that folks will ask questions and others will answer (that is the general drill here, right?), but I also notice that an answer will be provided and someone else types virtually the same thing right beneath it. Is it that folks don’t read the responses or they just feel like they need to voice an opinion or what?

This also seems to be a recent development. Sure there have always been times when someone didn’t read all 200 responses to something and posted a response similar to one already posted, but it seems like recently, there has been a penchant for some just to state the obvious (it is obvious because the answer is directly above the repetative comment). To what do you attribute this phenomenon?
