Does anyone know the artist/singer who is on a CNN commercial? Her name is "Belinda" Something?

Hello….I heard a song on a commercial for CNN (this was an actual commercial that was advertising CNN on CNN) and looked it up on the internet. It was sung by a woman named “Belinda” (not Carlisle) and she has some CD’s out as I found her on Amazon. I thought I had marked her on there, but I did not. Now, I can’t find her as I can’t remember her last name…! I heard this on the UK CNN, but she may well be in the USA commercial, too…as I think she is American.

She has a beautiful voice…very distinct…and I had never heard of her. Any idea who this is?
