No Show or Ruined Ballot? do you stay at home or make yourself heard?

regarding your voting habits, if you decided you had no clear choice or no wish to vote for an actual party would you stay at home or would you go to the polling station to wreck your ballot paper as a protest?

my take is that to turn up and wreck the paper at least sends a message whereas not turning up leads to standard lines of “Voter Apathy” “Bad Weather” “Good Weather” etc etc that usually gets banded around…
