What does it take to get a full ride scholarship to Law School?

I am a sophomore in college, and I want to start thinking about doing everything I can now to try and get a full-ride scholarship into law school. Hopefully it is not to late to start doing the things I need to in college. Right now my cumulative GPA is 3.16, I hoooope I can bring that up over the next two and a half years.

Other than getting a good GPA and good LSAT scores, what else would it take to get a full ride scholarship? Also, what exact numbers on GPA and LSAT would it take? 3.5, 4.0, 180?
