Why is flirting with girls not effective for me?

Now I’m male and bi, but not out fully. Now I get a lot of attention off guys really easily, I don’t even try it just happens but with girls zip. I don’t act gay or anything but I still don’t get any attention (flirting, etc) off girls.
I find it almost impossible to get a girl flirt back to me.
