Fell and my mom started yelling at me is it normal to fall a lot?

I usually fall a lot like walking up and down the steps or something like that then my mom starts yelling at me and saying “it’s not normal to fall that much! You no how many time I walked up them steps and fell? Zero” Then she goes on and on about how there’s a pill I could take for this and everything. Which is bullshit to me. Anyways after she yells I start crying and she yells at me more saying “its not normal to cry that much!” I hate her. So is something wrong with me? And what should I do about my mom? I never hurt myself so i dont see a problem. Thanks.
