Can you help me decide if this laptop is right for me?

Well I want a laptop from HP.
I’m looking at this one, it’s starting at $429

All I want to do with the laptop is, Add songs, pictures, some programs, photoshop & dream weaver, both adobe programs are portable and doesn’t take up much ram.

the laptop i’m using works fine with everything i got, I want a new laptop because this laptop…. The wireless driver doesn’t work anymore, and the back light of the screen is broking too.

If you need anymore Info let me know.

plus my mom is worrying about credit, tax, etc. we probably won’t get a warranty. But tell me what I should know first, (never bought anything online before)
