Has anybody experienced an epiphany that caused you to change something drastic in your life?

A moment of truth that slapped you in the face telling you that something needs to change. After a year of marriage I remember waking up at 8:16 on a Saturday morning and suddenly realized that I was absolutely done with the relationship. It was like I was hit with this realization that things were absolutely going no where and something needed to change. Have any of you experienced this moment of clarity?
