Printing process for alcohol labels?

If I wanted to print 20 000 labels for a beer label what printing process would I use and what special stock would be needed I guess the labels would need to be adhesive and waterproof as they will be going in the fridge. If I wanted a UV gloss finish on some parts of my design how would I produce files for the printer? How is that printing process done?
