What has happened to Pedigree dog food?

Ever since my border collie was a puppy, he has been fed nothing but Pedigree dog food. he is older now, but he is till healthy. something has happened and i am not sure if its my border collies taste or if Pedigree has changed the contents of its canned dog food. in either case, my border collie has stopped eating Pedigree. he gives one sniff and its over. he turns up his nose and politely walks away. his Pedigree will stay in his bowl all day and he just ignores it. anyone else having this same problem?
