I feel bad that I'm Burned/Tanned, But it's impossible to not be tanned if you work and are male,right?

Hey guys. I don’t go to the beach to get tanned on purpose, and i don’t use tanning salons.

But anyways. Although I’m not heavily burned myself, I live in California and I’m a guy.

I used to run outside when i was age 13 to age 24 without any protection because i didn’t think about it. Also i used to and still do gardening work or something outside.

Although some girls like Asian girls from Asia seem to not get tanned at all , they use beauty products and also cover themselves with umprebllas etc. I’m a guy and have to work or something. I can’t be protecting myself all the time.

But anyway. I feel bad because i’m tanned( alittle too much) even though i dont go to the beach on purpose or get tanned on purpose.I don’t know but i always wear a hat and cover myface with myhand when i dont have a hat. but it doesn’t seem to work.

I feel bad, but due to living in a hot state , should i just accept it because it is almost imposbbie not to be tanned?
