How can I activate MS Office without Internet?

My dad is in Pakistan for some charity work and he forgot to activate Office in his new laptop. He can’t even activate the 60 days trial without Internet. Is there a way I can activate it for him and send him the unlock code? It should be, I just can’t find where to do it. I have the serial no. and everything here. Some kind of phone activation, I guess?
