Where can I get my laptop's CPU, hard drive and other internals cleaned?

I heard you should clean the inside every six months. I’ve seen lots of do-it-yourself tutorials, but I’m scared to open up the back of my laptop and remove internal components. This was how I wrecked my last laptop. Is there a place I can get the inside cleaned for me, professionally? I am able to pay.

I have a Dell Inspiron 15 new this year.
