Why are my breasts so sore?

I’ve had breast pains before, but it is pretty severe this time. Sometimes around my period my breasts are tender, and it is only a mild discomfort. But today since right after I woke up they’ve been really, really sore. I took some ibuprofen earlier but it’s worn off by now. They hurt so badly that I almost started crying in the shower, then when the towel touched them it hurt even more. The right one has like two small red spots on the nipple that almost look like they are going to bleed. And the left one hurts a bit more and the nipple is much lighter in colour than usual. I’m kind of worried since the pain is so severe. I’m also even more worried because my Aunt found out she had breast cancer only about 3 weeks ago. Does anyone know what is going on?

btw, apparently it takes 4–5 years for breasts to fully develop, and mine are developed because I got them when I was like 9 and I’m sixteen now. So I don’t think its because they are developing or something.
