Why do most trolls have poor grammer and spelling? Is it on purpose?

A lot of trolls have awful grammar AND spelling. Why is that? Most trolls want to upset people, and make fools of them, for their own gratification. But they end up being the laughing stock of the forum.
Why do you think trolls have awful grammar when it severely hinders their objectives?
