I have to drop 25 pounds between now April 14 and July 3, how should i start?

After my mother passed away, both depression and stress led me from my average weight of 175 to a swooping 215, i have prepared myself to start today i purchased exercise gear, elastic bands, yoga mat, weights even got myself a copy of p90x….but now i have no idea on where to start people tell me i need to detoxify..some people tell me i need to run before i start p90x.. and there are a few that tell me if i eat 6 times a day..ill drop pounds like crazy. Please i need advice.. thank you
