Have you ever been proved so totally wrong?

The last few days, today in particular, I have been a little, well, crazy. I was convinced a couple of things were going on. I took it out completely on myself. I look a mess. Anyway, I’ve been proven so totally wrong I feel completely stupid. I have done stuff to myself for no reason other than frustration. I am an idiot.
