How can I most effectively get what I want in any situation, utilizing social dynamics?

I want to learn everything I possibly can about this. I’ve recently read The Game which is for the purpose of picking up women. That’s of no use to me, but it occurs to me that being savvy about psychology and social dynamics can be very useful for all sorts of situations. I’m especially interested in getting what you want/need from bullies (the adult variety) and various other alpha males when you are a woman and can’t just be crazy alpha back. What’s the subtle way to manipulate (for good and justice, of course). I’m open to books, workshops, the gamut. I’d even like to know if there is specific language for this. I’ve heard of NVC, but I’d like to know more. Bring it.
