What do you thing people are trying to imply about my behavior and physical impression when they say I look like a teacher?

Often people tell me I look like a school teacher. I am trying to figure out what it is about me that causes people to have this impression. What kind of things about a person say “school teacher” to you? And do you see this is a positive or a negative thing? Thanks.
