How can I safely attach a swing under my porch?

Im looking to attach a swing/ swing seat under my porch. It will be a swing for visiting younger family members but mainly a swinging large seat for me to daydream and read on. I will be getting a friend to attach it but I am wondering if attaching it to a beam over the porch will really be strong enough. Also as it is a rented place I am hoping to make minimum mess as the landlord will turn a blind eye if its not leaving the porch with big holes in the middle.

Has anyone done this or got any advice?
