Hallucination? What Happened to My Friend?

A good friend of mine, 66, who is very straight, old-fashioned and not taken to flights of fantasy At All, told me she was sitting on the couch and her head felt like it was encased in cotton. Then she felt she was on the ceiling looking down at herself and saw the top of her head!! She does not drink a drop but she does take a Lot of heart meds.
Has this happened to you? She said years ago it happened a few times when she was in bed.
